Matt Johnson
Matt owns and operates Matt Johnson Outdoors ( www.mattjohnsonoutdoors.com) where he provides guided fishing trips all year round and also offers fishing tips, fishing videos, fishing articles, seminars and web design.
Matt spends most of his time helping others learn about the great sport of fishing. Whether Matt's on the ice guiding someone on a hot crappie bite, out in a boat casting for bass in a tournament, or writing fishing articles, he always enjoys what he does and makes it one of his goals to advance the sport of fishing.

Oftentimes you can find Matt working at Thorne Bros in Fridley, Minnesota, where he enjoys sharing his knowledge about fishing with others. Thorne Bros is a fishing store that caters to all anglers.

Matt also spends a lot of time on TrueBlueIceFishing.com (where Matt is a member of Dave Genz's Team True Blue, which is dedicated to advancing the sport of ice fishing and helping others catch more fish) and other Internet fishing forums answering questions and giving feedback in the forums.

Matt's ability to effectively communicate with others and his ambition for the sport of fishing is where he excels. Rain or shine, any day to fish is a good day to Matt, but the winter season is where Matt finds the most comfort. However, the open water season seems to suit Matt just fine when the ice is off the lakes, and you can find him chasing just about every freshwater species available!

Matt also started a fishing league with his tournament partner Brian Rogers in 2004 that's geared towards panfish called the Ultimate Panfish League ( www.ultimatepanfishleague.com). Intended for both fun and competition, the Ultimate Panfish League caters to those panfish diehards looking to experience the weigh-in atmosphere as well as share in a few laughs.

The ice fishing season is twelve months long for Matt and he works hard at promoting the tranquil, yet adrenaline filled sport of ice fishing!!

Shawn Hayes
is a multi-species guide in Central Vermont near Southern Lake Champlain and Ice Team Power Stick. Shawn's expertise ranges from inland crappie and blue gill to the lake trout, and salmon on the big water. Shawn is also a freelance outdoor writer for Vermonts Outdoor magazine.

Joel Nelson
is an avid ice-fisherman and outdoors man, who fishes a variety of species throughout the upper Midwest each year.   Joel researches hot bites and obsesses about the hard water season as if ice fishing ran every month of the year.  As an author, his articles, blogs, and podcasts have been featured on several outdoors web sites and in-print, with a focus on educating ice anglers throughout the heart of the ice-belt.  Joels an expert on ice fishing electronics and has been using them since their inception to find more and bigger fish.  He is a pro staff member for Marcum, Strikemaster, and OtterOutdoors, and thoroughly enjoys his role within the ice fishing industry as a leader that stays on the cutting edge of hard water angling, helping educate others along the way.  

Captain Joe Pikulski
is the owner/operator of Temptation Charters out of Brooklyn, Michigan. 
Joe is considered by many as one of the best tournament ice anglers in the country. 
Teamed up with his partner, Myron Gilbert, the duo has won four NAIFC “Team of the Year”
titles in the last five years.  The team also won the Trap Attack "Team of the Year" and has several top
five finishes.  As a member of Ice Team USA, Joe has ice fished all around the world. 
His passion is to chase and catch “bull” bluegills.
