A thank you to Laughing Trout fly tiers.

Rose Creek Anglers has supported conservation organizations from the start.  Protecting our water resources is a passion for us.  We would like to bring attention to a Minnesota Trout Unlimited youth education program, Foster the Outdoors.  It is a program that not only gets youth involved with fly fishing, but gets them outdoors to appreciate the natural world.

Check out this video to learn more about one thing Minnesota Trout Unlimited is doing for the future of our environment.

MN Trout Unlimited- Foster the Outdoors

The 2026 Foster the Outdoors season started last month with the mentor/mentee match up day. Fly boxes were filled with beautifully tied flies from the Wayzata, MN fly tying group, Laughing Trout Fly Tiers. A fun time was had by all and fish were caught. Thank You Laughing Trout for the flies.

Friends of the Mississippi River
SHEP program has finished the 2025 Stream Health Evaluation.

Earlier last year, volunteers collected macroinvertebrates to assess water quality of Rice Creek, a tributary of the Mississippi River.
This video highlights that activity.

Rose Creek Anglers donates 10% of sales to conservation organizations.

We are a supporter

Oh to clean our dirty planet
Now there’s a noble wish
And I’m putting my shoulder to the wheel
’cause I wanna catch some fish
